Does Your Dog Have Tummy Troubles? How Baked Goods CBD Can Help

If your dog is experiencing these symptoms, speak to your vet about testing for or resolving digestive troubles: gagging, loss of appetite, throwing up, stomach gurgling, constipation (straining), flatulence, restlessness, lethargy. There are several reasons why digestive issues would occur in your pup. Some causes include stress, parasites, infections from eating toxins, eating inedible items, and food intolerances. How CBD Can Play a Role

To ease stress-related stomach troubles, CBD can lead to calming mental effects – this may indirectly help improve your dog’s gut health. CBD can also be given to your dog to reduce gut inflammation. Many digestive problems in pets – like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or gastritis – are tied to chronic inflammation. When CBD is administered, it interacts with the endocannabinoid system (ECS), helping to regulate immune responses. By lessening inflammation in your dog’s gut lining, CBD may improve nutrient absorption and reduce diarrhea or bloating.
