Can You Use CBG for Anxiety? Baked Goods Responds

How does CBG work for anxiety?
Recently, we posted the article, “CBG shown to have beneficial effects in first human clinical trial”, where we explained that the cannabinoid may be beneficial for cognition. This study – which provided participants with hemp CBG oil – also reported impressive effects on anxiety. “The research revealed that 20 mg of hemp-derived CBG significantly reduced feelings of anxiety at 20, 45 and 60 minutes after ingestion compared to a placebo. Stress ratings also decreased at the first time point compared to the placebo,” confirmed Washington State University.

- Have uninterrupted ‘you’ time, even if you have to put this in your calendar! Take this moment to unwind with journaling, watching a movie, stretching, or reading.
