CBN May Protect Against Neurological Disorders: Baked Goods Reports
Due to scientific advancements, we’re understanding more about neurological conditions, such as Alzheimer’s. So, did you know that 1 in 10 seniors over the age of 65 develops a neurological condition? It’s been shown that CBN (cannabinol) may offer neuroprotection though. Baked Goods explains below.
CBN and Neuroprotection
In neurological conditions, scientists have found that mitochondria in the cells of these patients are dysfunctional, triggering the death of brain cells. But “CBN has been found to reduce oxidative stress by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) and inhibiting inflammatory mediators,” confirms an Industrial Crops and Products article. This does not mean there’s a cure for the cellular damages that have already occurred; rather, CBN shows promise in protecting against further brain damages.
So why not add CBN to your health regime? Our Baked Goods CBD/CBN Coconut Oil contains 1000mg CBD and 500mg CBN – by combining two cannabinoids, we aim to promote the entourage effect to help intensify effects. Here’s how to take our CBN oil:
- Shake the bottle well.
- Add 5-10 drops under your tongue. (Don’t worry, we provide a dropper!)
If you want to add more drops for a specific effect (i.e. relaxation), wait one hour after your first dose to see how you feel. If you feel like you need more drops, add some after the one-hour mark.
