Use when needed. Start with 5-10 drops under the tongue, wait 1 hour for absorption. If the desired effect is not achieved after 1.5 hours increase dosing. Effects may last 4-6 hours; the product may be used up to 3 times a day. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Lock away from pets and children.
